By placing an order on www.toah.ro, the customer confirms that he\/she has read and accepted this policy. <\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>  DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>1.1. Delivery methods<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>TOAH SRL delivers orders through courier companies:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>DPD<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Dragon Star<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These are the only courier companies used to ship orders.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1.2. Delivery deadlines<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Products in stock<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Delivery in <strong>1-4 working days<\/strong> after payment confirmation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Products available to order<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>They have a <strong>2-3 week<\/strong> delivery time, depending on supplier and availability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>During busy periods (Black Friday, holidays), deadlines may be extended.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1.3. Delivery cost<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Shipping is FREE on all orders, regardless of value or destination.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>There are no extra charges for packing or handling.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1.4. Delivery conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Delivery is made to the address indicated by the customer when placing the order.<\/li>\n<li>The courier will contact the customer by phone before delivery.<\/li>\n<li>If the customer cannot be contacted, the delivery may be rescheduled.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>  PAYING ORDERS<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>TOAH SRL accepts the following payment methods:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Pay online with your card via EuPl\u0103tesc<\/strong> (Visa\/Mastercard\/Maestro)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bank transfer<\/strong> (delivery after confirmation of payment)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Reimbursement is not available.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong>  RETURNING PRODUCTS<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>3.1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>According to GEO 34\/2014, the customer has the right to return the purchased products <strong>within 14 calendar days<\/strong> of receipt, without giving a reason.<\/p>\n<p>To initiate the return, the customer must contact us by e-mail at: \ud83d\udce9 <a href=\"mailto:info@toah.ro\"><strong>info@toah.ro<\/strong><\/a><strong> or by filling out <a href=\"https:\/\/toah.ro\/toahdina-shop\/en\/return-form\/\">the return form<\/a> on the website. <\/strong> <\/p>\n<p><strong>3.2. Conditions for return<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Products must be returned:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>as new<\/li>\n<li>no traces of use<\/li>\n<li>in original packaging<\/li>\n<li>with all accessories and documents received<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>TOAH SRL reserves the right to refuse returns if the product shows damage or signs of use.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.3. Cost of return<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The cost of return transportation is borne by the customer.<\/li>\n<li>The customer can use any courier company (with the exception of Romanian Post).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3.4. Money back<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Refunds will be made within <strong>14 days<\/strong> of receipt of the return.<\/li>\n<li>Reimbursement is made by the same payment method used at purchase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong>  DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS IN TRANSIT<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>4.1. Manufacturing defects<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If the product has manufacturing defects, the customer must notify TOAH SRL within <strong>24 hours<\/strong> of receipt.<\/p>\n<p>The product will be:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>replaced by an identical one, or<\/li>\n<li>reimbursed in full if replacement is not possible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>4.2.
