By using, visiting and purchasing products from www.toah.ro you agree to the terms and conditions detailed below. This document constitutes a valid contract between TOAH SRL and the Customer. For the best use of the site, we recommend reading this document carefully.

Visitor – the person who accesses the www.toah.ro website. Customer – natural or legal person who places an order on the site. Order – action by which the Customer purchases products from the site.
TOAH SRL reserves the right to modify at any time the structure of the site, the content or this document without prior notice.
- SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CONTRACT
The subject of the contract is the products and services displayed on www.toah.ro at the time the order is placed.
- OBLIGATIONS TOAH SRL
TOAH SRL undertakes to comply with the legislation in force, to provide correct product information, to process confirmed orders and to deliver the products under the conditions set.
- CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
The customer undertakes to provide real data, to comply with the law and to pay the value of the order by the chosen method.
- COPYRIGHT
The entire content of the www.toah.ro website – texts, images, descriptions, graphics, design, source code – is the property of TOAH SRL and/or its suppliers, partners and manufacturers with whom we collaborate.
It is forbidden:
- copying, reproducing or distributing content
- using suppliers’ images for commercial purposes
- resale or re-use of information
- creating derivative works
Any unauthorized use is prohibited and punishable by law.
- ERRORS AND OMISSIONS
There may be display or update errors. TOAH SRL reserves the right to correct these errors without notice.
- LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
TOAH SRL may delay or cancel delivery of products in circumstances beyond its control.
- MAJOR FORCE
Neither party is liable for non-performance of contractual obligations in case of force majeure.
- APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES
Terms and conditions are governed by Romanian law. Disputes will be settled amicably, otherwise by the competent courts of Cluj County.
- PRICING AND DELIVERY POLICY
Prices
- Prices are in lei and include VAT.
- The promotions are displayed with the original price reduced and the discounted price.
Delivery
- Orders are delivered via the courier companies DPD and Dragon Star.
- Products in stock are delivered in 1-4 working days.
- Products available to order have a delivery time of 2-3 weeks, depending on supplier and availability.
- During busy periods (Black Friday, holidays), the deadline may be extended.
Transportation cost
- FREE shipping on all orders, regardless of value.
- PAYMENT METHODS
The following methods are available:
- Pay online by card with EuPlătesc
- 3D-Secure secure system
- No extra fees
- TOAH SRL does not store card data

Reimbursement is not available.
- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer can cancel the order before shipment, free of charge.
- RETURN OF PRODUCTS (14 DAYS)
According to GEO 34/2014, the Customer may return the products within 14 days of receipt, without reason.
Conditions:
- the product is in new condition
- no traces of use
- in original packaging
- with all accessories and documents
The cost of return is borne by the customer. The refund is made within 14 days after receipt of the return at the address from which it was received.
Return requests can be made using the form available on the website or by email to info@toah.ro
- DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS / TRANSPORT DAMAGE
- Manufacturing defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Transportation damage must be reported within 12 hours of receiving the package.
- The product will be replaced or a refund will be given.
- TOAH SRL offers 24 months warranty for all products sold, according to the legislation and manufacturers’ policies.
- GUARANTEES
The products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity according to Law 140/2021.
- PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA (GDPR)
TOAH SRL complies with Regulation (EU) 679/2016 (GDPR).
Collected data: name, surname, address, e-mail, telephone, delivery data.
Purposes: order processing, invoicing, delivery, communications strictly related to the order.
Data is transmitted only to:
- DPD and Dragon Star couriers
- payment processor EuPayPay
- legal authorities upon justified request
The customer has the right of access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability and complaint to the ANSPDCP.

- ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
By using the website, the Customer accepts electronic communication (e-mail, website notifications).
- FINAL PROVISIONS
If a clause becomes invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid. By placing an order, the Customer accepts this contract without objection.
