Delivery and Return Policy - TOAH SRL / www.toah.ro
This policy describes how TOAH SRL handles the delivery of orders, returns, and special situations related to transportation and warranty. By placing an order on www.toah.ro, the customer confirms that he/she has read and accepted this policy.
- DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
1.1. Delivery methods
TOAH SRL delivers orders through courier companies:
- DPD
- Dragon Star
These are the only courier companies used to ship orders.
1.2. Delivery deadlines
Products in stock
- Delivery in 1-4 working days after payment confirmation.
Products available to order
- They have a 2-3 week delivery time, depending on supplier and availability.
During busy periods (Black Friday, holidays), deadlines may be extended.
1.3. Delivery cost
- Shipping is FREE on all orders, regardless of value or destination.
There are no extra charges for packing or handling.
1.4. Delivery conditions
- Delivery is made to the address indicated by the customer when placing the order.
- The courier will contact the customer by phone before delivery.
- If the customer cannot be contacted, the delivery may be rescheduled.
- PAYING ORDERS
TOAH SRL accepts the following payment methods:
- Pay online with your card via EuPlătesc (Visa/Mastercard/Maestro)
- Bank transfer (delivery after confirmation of payment)
Reimbursement is not available.
- RETURNING PRODUCTS
3.1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
According to GEO 34/2014, the customer has the right to return the purchased products within 14 calendar days of receipt, without giving a reason.
To initiate the return, the customer must contact us by e-mail at: 📩 info@toah.ro or by filling out the return form on the website.
3.2. Conditions for return
Products must be returned:
- as new
- no traces of use
- in original packaging
- with all accessories and documents received
TOAH SRL reserves the right to refuse returns if the product shows damage or signs of use.
3.3. Cost of return
- The cost of return transportation is borne by the customer.
- The customer can use any courier company (with the exception of Romanian Post).
3.4. Money back
- Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return.
- Reimbursement is made by the same payment method used at purchase.
- DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS IN TRANSIT
4.1. Manufacturing defects
If the product has manufacturing defects, the customer must notify TOAH SRL within 24 hours of receipt.
The product will be:
- replaced by an identical one, or
- reimbursed in full if replacement is not possible.
4.2. Products damaged in transit
If the product is damaged in transit, the customer must notify TOAH SRL within 12 hours of receipt of the package.
It is necessary to send clear photos of:
- outer packaging
- transport label
- damaged product
- PRODUCT GUARANTEE
TOAH SRL offers 24 months warranty for all products sold, according to the legislation in force.
The warranty covers:
- manufacturing defects
- hidden vices
The warranty does not cover:
- normal wear
- damage caused by improper use
- unauthorized modifications or interventions
